G20 Finance and Central Bank Deputies Meeting was held in Sanya in south China's Hainan province on December 14-15, 2015. It is the first high-level G20 meeting since China took over the G20 Presidency on December 1. The meeting was co-chaired by Yi Gang, Deputy Governor of the People’s Bank of China and Zhu Guangyao, China’s Vice Finance Minister. The meeting reviewed and endorsed the agenda for G20 finance track in 2016, covering such issues as global economy, strong, sustainable and balanced growth framework, investment and infrastructure, international financial architecture, financial sector reform, international tax cooperation, green finance and climate finance.
Representatives from G20 members, invited countries and international organizations attended the meeting.
